Paytm — transaction failed in unlimited

Sir/madam, i have made transaction in unlimited through paytm the amount 4000 RS has been deducted from my paytm wallet, however i received a error message while doing the traction like " the transaction failed due to some error". could you please revert the money back to my paytm wallet.

Updated by nlsekhar can i have the update i lost 4000 rs i am not getting proper update.

When i reach unlimited they are telling me they havent received amount

If i call paytm they are telling me they haven't received money

How you are going to fix my issue

This issue happen last week you are not giving me proper update
