I have made transactions twice to shein website through paytm, money was deducted from account but order is not placed.. I consulted shein customer care and they told the transaction was refused and suggested to contact paytm customer care... Am nt even able to see about the failed transactions in my paytm account... I got no refund n am unable to talk to the customer care of paytm as they were disconnecting the call
