Paytm — Travel agency does not exist

I have booked a bus ticket from rajahmundry to hyderabad on 30th august, 2015 for guptha travel agency bus in paytm. but on the travel when i have called the agency number which was given by paytm servic, they said that they are from kalyani travels. and they don't know about guptha travels. ticket cost: 899/- travel agency name: GUPTHA TRAVEL AGENCY boarding point: kotipalli bus stand, rajahmundry destination : hyderabad order id: [protected] paytm ticket id: ODCB0Y PNR: ABRS3830487 seat no: L16
