Paytm — Travel mug-delivery of less quantity | |||||
We had ordered a product in paytm, travel mug 2 nos and there was no cash on delivery option due to which we payed online itself. However we recieved only 1 travel mug, the other 1 was not delivered. Called the paytm customer care where in a girl by name meghana picked up and informed that there is nothing that can be done because on their system it is updated that the product is delivered.
