Paytm — Txn Issue

I have made an txn on 4th Feb 2015 of Rs. 499 and Rs. 499 which got rejected but the amount is not been credited to my account, kindly check an revert back. CAvenue Order #CCACB1AFN475 Paytm Cash Txn ID 9FF6E4B9B070A9E5 CCAvenue Order #CCACB1AFN473 Paytm Cash Txn ID 0ED428D720E93DB3. I have been following with customer care team from last 15 days but still there is no response from them.
