Paytm — Unable to use my money in my id

Dear sir I mukund agarwalla regd mob no in paytm [protected] am unable to use my money in my paytm wallet of rs 5000 error shows "oops someyhing went wrong try after 24 hours" but even continuous mails and calls to paytm couldn't help me. I also tried to contact through Facebook but of no use. So please help me from this fraud company
