I traveled by Ola auto in Bangalore on[protected], the fare was Rs 325 and I paid it in cash. To my surprise, Paytm has made a payment of Rs 325 to ANI Technologies for the journey made. I would like to inform that I have not opted for auto payment to ola and the message regarding the payment made was not conveyed to me in time, which would have enabled me to withhold cash payment to the driver. I have lodged a complaint with Paytm app helpline, and they have closed the issue without ensuring a refund.
I would like to inform that about an hour before my journey by Ola there are 2 credits and debits in my account regarding the payment made to the same agency. This gives an indication that there is a fault with Paytm system and they are making unauthorized payments, wherein some are rectified and some are not, ultimately causing loss to the customers.
As the payment of Rs 325 is made to ANI Technologies by Paytm without me opting for auto debit, faulty system of theirs besides, not intimating me in time, I request you to refund the amount debited to my account with paytm
