Paytm — Unauthorized debit from account | |||||
I noticed an unauthorised debit in my PayTM wallet which was done few days back. I never recieved any OTP or alert to know that some transaction has happened. After rounds of follow up with the customer care, I recieved details of the transaction which I never did. This looks like an account takeover / Cyber Theft. PayTM is not willing to take any responsibility of this instance which happened because of their failure to secure my PayTM wallet. Let me know right way to deal with this.
