Paytm — Unethical behaviour and payment deduction | |||||
I was bluffed by customer care representative regarding the online purchase worth 36699 . I followed all the guidelines/instructions as told by him. I was told that i will be able to use their promo code but as the transaction failed i was unable to place my order after some time when i placed again that order with different card, my order was confirmed but that promo code was not used for which i called the paytm customer care, they instructed me to cancel my order and place it again so that i can get that promo code. after cancelling when i called the customer cell again, they denied with those instructions.This whole act has blocked my money for 3-10 days as my money was deducted as soon as i placed the order. Being a customer, it miss guided me and have cheated in the name of promo offers.
