Paytm — Unethical practices - not willing to take accountability for the money i lost using paytm | |||||
Hi, I recharged my cellphone using PayTM Operator : Idea Order No: [protected] Recharge Amonut: 300 Date: 30/08/2015 It showed successful from their end but I did not receive anything from operator, neither any of the credit nor any of the messages. When I complained about it, they simply said "We have done it from our end, rest it is between you and the operator". And I stopped receiving messages under the ticket I raised. They are the third party vendors, and if they take money from me, they must also take the accountability if I lose money due to them. Its been more than 20 days since I raised my complaint, just few messages I've received and not any actions have been taken so far. And now when they had even stopped responding to my message, I am raising complaint here. I hope the proper actions are taken against it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
