I am writing to you with a request to please take action against PAYTM for the non refund of Rs. 65000 against a damaged TV delivered to me on 19.08.2015.
My order id is [protected].
I have requested for return on the same day itself. But there is absolutely no action from there side despite my repeated follow ups.
They give a standard reply : "Wait for 72 hours" on every followup made by me.
My fund is stuck with them, I am unable to buy a new TV, damaged television is blocking my place.
Please do the needful
