Paytm — Used and partial product delivered | |||||
Dear sir, Firstly they checked there records and told me that they will compensate Rs 800/- for missing accessories. When I rejected this and asked them to aprove my return as the product delivered is looking like used. Below is the response from Paytm. "Thank you for contacting Paytm.com. This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected]. As per our internal investigation- The missing item was with the product at the time of delivery and we can not address you anymore regarding this issue apart from the resolution shared in previous mail/reply and we're cancelling return request also for this product". Before this mail I have received the below response:- "This is with regards to the concern which you have registered with Paytm against the order number [protected]. It was nice talking to you. As per our concerned team. We can add maximum up to Rs 800 in your Paytm wallet for the missing item in the order id- [protected]. Please share your consent here, so that we can go ahead and do the needful. We hope this is helpful. If you need any further assistance, please contact us." Now the thing is of they telling that the product was delivered to me in intact condition and there was nothing missing inside the box, how firstly they have accepted to compensate Rs 800/-. This means whatsoever they want to do with customer they can. I need justification they are not even replying to my mails also. Below are the email id of company.
