Hi team, I ordered an oppo new 7 from paytm on 7-june-2016 for which i paid rs.9450 but i received an used phone.invoice is also under different name & address. date which is mentioned on invoice is of april month. it means that merchant did this fraud with me and i am trying to contact paytm regarding refund from last 1 month but i am not getting any satisfactory response.
