Paytm — Uts wallet recharge but money not credited yet

I recharge UTS recharge dated 25 feb 2016 Time 9.24 PM Rs.200 mumbai area money debited from my account 201 to recharge the same but after 4 days i wait but still wallet balance not credited i am using my mobile no [protected] for booking sub urban unreserved ticket this is really worst experience using payment wallet PayTM possible to reverse amount or recharge my UTS wallet with same amount whatever i recharged.

I have recharged on UTS money wallet on2/6/16-Rs100 but they debited Rs 112.50.
Now a day they will not be added a money in UTS wallet.
Please add my money in UTS wallet or credit back in to my bank account.
