Paytm — Videocon D2h recharge Issue for Id 70218028 | 13 March

Hi Sir, I am Rahul here, My D2h id is 70218028 . I did a 300 rs recharge from the Paytm web site for my D2h id 70218028 on 13 March around 11:30 AM. Recharge was successful but i did not get any balance till now in my account. I write to Paytm help and they are saying it has been successfully done from there on the 13 March around 1:00 PM & saying it is fault from Videocon D2h side please talk to them, but the Videocon help is saying that they did not get any amount from the PAYTM ... so what i can do and where to go?????????
