[Resolved]  Paytm — Wallet Amount got Deducted automatically without placing an order

Hi Team, On[protected]:42:14 I have received a cash back from paytm for Order Order #CASH[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] Order #[protected] of Fila White And Blue Sports Shoes ... (Promocode: FOOT40). after cash back my paytm wallet remaining balance was 980. On Same day I made a purchase of 778. [protected]:00:28 Paid for Order Paytm Order #[protected] Paytm Cash Txn ID[protected] So after that my paytm balance was 202. For above mentioned order I have applied cash back coupon "FOOT35" where I got cash back on "[protected]:29:29" which is 259. On Same day one of merchant refunded amount 120 on my paytm wallet. So my total balance should be display 202+120+259=581, However my wallet balance is showing as 381, Now sure where Rs. 200 has been gone without using anything. I am attaching the screenshot for the reference. Kindly look into the matter. Not only this, I followed up Paytm Guys but not received any positive response from them.
