Paytm — Wallet cash deduction | |||||
My PayTm account with no [protected], was hacked and wallet amount has been deducted without my knowledge. I just received a message saying that so and so you have successfully sent RS. 1120 via paytm wallet to the account [protected] with transaction id[protected]. The shocking news urged me to reach out PayTM customer care in very next second but failed since no one has picked the phone. Later, I wrote a mail to cybercell @paytm.com, explaining the fraud act but they did not response properly. I understand that OTP message is mandatory for all kind of transactions in PayTm but the misfortune is, I have not at all received any OTP message regarding the payment.
