This is Abhi Mukherjee my paytm order number is [protected] and payment details DC transection no. [protected] my registeted id abhimukherjee.[protected]@gmail.com and reg. no is [protected] / [protected]. I was tried to recharge my vodafone no [protected] of rupees 1356 in 07 Nov 2015 at 04:41 pm and this amount was debited from my bank account at that time and recharge had failed but my balance rupees of 1356 has not refunded in my paytm wallet still. I had complaint it on paytm but not got desirable action to settling down my refundable amount 1356 on my paytm wallet as company well know that after every failed transaction amonut firstly settle down on paytm wallet then customer will use this amount. I have proof of settling down of failed transaction on wallet which is shown attaching screen shot snap from paytm app in "my order" inbox service. Paytm itself mention that settlement of amount on wallet but it has not added on my paytm wallet.
