I have given my wallet upgrade request online and asked for a document pickup. After 3 to 4 days of request, one person from Paytm called me, came to my office and collected all the documents.
He informed me that i will get a call within 2 days and wallet will be upgraded in 7 working days. But, even after completion of around 10 working days, the callback is not received and the wallet is not upgraded. When checking with the PayTM they are saying that the request is not yet received.
This is a worst management that a network has no capability to track the Requests submitted and the documents collected.
I would suggest everyone to move out of the PayTM Network to some other better wallet, as they have already established so that they are so careless in handling customers now.
