Paytm — Warranty discrepancy

I bought a sony pendrive under a year warranty ...but later it stopped working . when i talked to sony for the exchange or any sort of measures they said paytm is not their authorised seller so they cant take any measures. when i talked to paytm about this they only say that" share the images where IMEI NO /serial no is mentioned along with the paytm invoice so that we can help you in a better way." which i have already done . but they only reply the same every time. i just want a solution to this . its really hard to work without a pendrive.
