Paytm — without recharge my prepaid mobile account, money is deducted from my cr. card

On 3rd march 2015 I try to recharge Rs. 200/- to my prepaid mobile account no is 99****2340, several times I tried to do that but unfortunately it didn't happened.But when I got my Cr. card monthly statement I found that money Rs. 200/- was deducted from my Cr. card.
