[Resolved] Paytm — Wrong dth number recharged instead of correct

Hello sir, due to the misunderstanding the wrong dth no ([protected]) has been recharged.instead of the new dth no. i. e ([protected]). of tata sky.

Even i mail to the paytm but no response i get. i only wants that either they refunds the amount or recharged the dth no.

Sir, is all about the 7 days ago but still the no conformation that i had received from the company. even the toll-free no. is also not in working in which the direct contact to be made with respective executives.

Hence, you are requested plz take actions towards this issues. hope your's team take the preventive action towards my issues/problems

sir, There is no resolutions still the Paytm has given. they only provides the conformation through the Mail last 8 days. The mail contains the ticket No(which keep on changing).and under the mail its written that "OUR TEAM WORK ON THE ISSUES" Sir now you tell if they(Paytm) Discussed or work on the issues why till the No resolution has been take it away. Hope you sir your team will take the effective action towards the issues.

Updated by zestloiter Due to the misunderstanding the Wrong DTH no, ([protected]) has been recharged.instead of the new DTH no.i.e ([protected]).of TATA SKY.
the operator ref no. (TP[protected]) and Order No. is ([protected]).
Hence you are requested to do kindly needfull & preventive action toward my Problem.
For your best knowledge i attached a copy of invoice(wrong bill payment).
plz make it possible to do solve it.
