Paytm — Wrong order delivered

I ordered green sparx shoes and the order i recieved wasnt correct it was very low quality orange shoe and they are saying they cant replace it because it wasnt their fault acc to them it was vendor's fault but for me paytm is the vendor and they are really not helpful, the staff is not courteous at all, my number is [protected]..order no [protected]
