Paytm — WRONG PHONE DELIVERED !!!!

I had ordered for a HTC Desire 816 (white) on 27th Oct 2014, but today you have sent me a HTC Desire 816G instead of a HTC Desire 816 (White)...I have sent mails and tried reaching toll free numbers, No response at all. Am Seriously fed up now. I need you people to address this Issue as soon as possible.
