Paytm — Wrong product and very bad customer care. | |||||
I have a lot of complaints against PayTM. 1) They deliver faulty products most of the time. 2) The goods to be dispatched at times takes more than 2 weeks, But in the site it provides you 2 weeks delivery time. When customer care is contacted they ask for Sorry and then reply saying it might take another 20-25 days which gradually ends up cancelling the product. 2) When customer care is contacted the only reply we receive is "Sorry for the inconvenience". They do not even try to understand the root cause and give a clarification to the customer. 3) I ordered for Car Dashboard cleaner and I received Car Shampoo. Now PayTM is telling me they will refund the amount. But what about the time I wasted for searching the product, ordering it and then wait for it? There is no compensation for that. Customer care person is asking me questions that are not even related to my issue. They have dumb customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||||
