Dear Sir, I have order one vediocon led TV 24" on 4th-Jan-2016.But I have received intex led tv.But invoice is also vediocon.I have complain about this in paytm.They will accept return the product.Products delivered on 12-Jan-2016.I have complaint same day.But still no one is coming for return pickup.And I am sending mail then they say wait for 48-72 hours form eight day. Complaints resolved, but very hard to take refund.Because process is very hard.And a lots of flow up need to take refund.So Now i will not purchase any product and not suggest any person to purchase from paytm.
