I have ordered a Dell Vastro 14 laptop on 21st march, But the received product is Vastro 15 with 32bit, Also the battery backup very poor and system gone hang state after sometime use, You have send wrong product and the bill is for dell 14, Now how if i want to change my battery and checked with dell office how its possible.It is a biggest mistake from your end for wrong product delivery so please resolve the same asap, I know the policy is 15 days return but the person who ordered was hospitalized that time so he saw the product configuration late and getting product is poor quality and wrong, I know your return policy but where is my fault in which just that i inform you after some days but accept your fault also that u have delivered me a wrong product so request you replace the same no one checked the internal configuration and performance at the support.
The fault from your end that you have send right bill with wrong product so Please update and change the same also send me the bill for vostro 15 laptop which you have delivereid.So i request you please replace the same and provide ordered product.
