Paytm — Wrong product received | |||||
Order id-[protected] my experience with paytm is getting worse day by day as its services are getting horrible. I ordered a product(iron) when there was discount on it but a wrong product(diabetes testing kit) was delivered to me and that too after so many days of expected delivery date. when i asked to deliver my original product they refused and asked me to reorder it but till then there was no discount on that so they asked me to order at higher price as they cant help. And it is not the first time when such kind of thing happened with me, so for online shopping paytm is the worst. It's good for recharges only. Was this information helpful? | |||||
