[Resolved]  Paytm — wrong shipment and no reply to my complaint

Paytm is android based application. This application i am using to recharge my mobile phone. In diwali they have some offers on products. So i have purchased according these offersoffers. After 1 week they I have not shipped mymy order. So i have try to cancel the order. Out of two product I have cancelled one product and I have got refund for the same. For that refund also I have to do continues follow up. For the second product I was trying to do cancellation but it wasn't get cancelled and after 2 weeks the product was delivered. As per offer they has to refund somesome amount after product get shipped. But I haven't received any refund yet. after all this problem I open the parcel. But I found that it was wrong product.For all these problems I am trying to contact them through the mail. They are not replying.
