Paytmag — Refund issue

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked a ticket and paid using my credit card, the payment gateway was paytmag. Then It was cancelled because of not confirmation of ticket and its showing refunded but I have not got the money till now. Please have a look below for further info.

Refunded Date : 11-Feb.-2017

Whenever I check my Refund status, it shows REFUNDED TO BANK, but it shows bank name as PAYTMAG.

Find attached both documents for your reference.

You are requested please make refund my amount back to my credit card.
