Respected Sir/Madam, I have cancelled 3 E-TICKETS and the refund is showing as "REFUNDED to PAYTMAG". Since the amount has not been refunded back to the accounts from which the transactions were made, i here by request to consider the matter and please take necessary steps to forward my amount.
