Paytm Mobile Solutions — Payment deducted from bank even after failed transactions | |||
Date :[protected] Dear Sir / Madam, My name is Muhammad Anas Rangwala (BOB Account Number : [protected] - Saving) at Nanpura Branch, Nanpura, Surat – 395001 (Gujarat). I have used my debit card number and Net Banking for adding money in Paytm on Sunday[protected]. I had done 6 transactions on my mobile (No.[protected] through Debit card & Net banking and details of the same are given below : (1) For Rs.50/- Through Debit Card (2) For Rs.50/- Through Debit Card (3) For Rs.50/- Through Net Banking (4) For Rs.50/- Through Net Banking (5) For Rs.100/- Through Debit Card (6) For Rs.25/- Through Net Banking Every time I received same message as Failed to add money and amount was zero in Paytm account but where as in my BOB account after all transactions every time related amount was deducted and transaction was failed. Till today I have not refunded (Credited) all amount in my related saving account. Please do the needful and credit Rs.350/- (50/- + 50/- + 50/- + 50/- + 100/- + 25/-) in my BOB saving account number [protected] as soon as possible. Thanking you, Anas Z.
