Paytm.com / Times Of Money — timesofmoney money got deducted... payment is successful while doing payment through sbi internet banking in mobile through dreame app

I did two transactions today of rs. 430/- but did not get the items which i was purchasing. But money got deducted both the times. I approached sbi first. They told to ask the app customer care. I approached dreame app customer care. And they told is is between gpay and sbi. I'm stuck now please help. Money is deducted in the name of times of money limited.
