Paytmmall — cheating attempt by seller, sold a 11 months used product | |||
Ordered a product apple i phone x 256 gbon 6th jan 2019 and i received a product on 9th of jan in evening time and next day i open d the handset it's not responding when i switched on d phone it's the case of dead on arrival so i complained paytm that it's a defective product and i want replacement so they ask me to visit service center and provide letter so service center said if it's a manufacturer fault then they agree to provide service but after visiting again they said it's a used product and only 19 days warranty has been left, i was shocked that i have cheated so badly they sell a 11 months old phone which is also dead and they are not ready to replace i just want a immediate action against them kindly help me out so that other people also know how illegal business is doing by paytm, kindly find attachment in which my order details, bill copy and service center report in which the date of activation is 3.02.2018 is shown and my billing date is 7th jan 2019 Product order no.-[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
