I booked a railway ticket from irctc on 4 november 2017 but unfortunately train was cancelled. I didn't cancel my ticket because i did tatkal ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be directly credit into my bank account within 72 hours of train cancellation but i haven't get.
In my irctc account it is showing that on 9th november 2017, railway refund that amount to pytmsdk but it is not credit into my account. Detail is following:
Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
Railway ticket pnr no.: [protected]
Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
Amount: 1775 rs.
