I booked a railway ticket from irctc on 31 October 2017 from New Delhi to Kanpur in train no. 12582 for 28 February 2018, but on 21 February 2018 iIcancelled my ticket. According to the refund rule on the cancel ticket of irctc, refund money should be credit into my bank account within 72 hours on ticket cancellation but i haven't get.
In my irctc account it is showing that on 22nd February 2018, railway refund that amount to paytmsdk but it is not credit into my account. Detail is following:
Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]

Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
Amount: 1110 rs.
