I booked two railway tickets from irctc on 2 march 2018:
1 tatkal ticket from kanpur to samdhari in train no. 15632 for 4 march 2018, but due to no seat available i didn't get confirm ticket but amount was debited from my account. Detail is following:
Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
Amount: 2180 rs.
1 tatkal ticket from kanpur to jodhpur in train no. 12307 for 4 march 2018, but due to no seat available i didn't get confirm ticket but amount was debited from my account. Detail is following:
Railway ticket booked transaction id: [protected]
Cancellation id/ refund id: [protected]
Amount: 1420 rs.
According to the rule refund of failed transactions where payment is deducted will be credited automatically in 3-4 working days but i haven't get.
In my irctc account it is showing that on 2 march 2018, railway refund that amount to paytmsdk but it is not credit into my account.
This is my request to paytmsdk to refund my mentioned amounts. Was this information helpful? |
