Paytmsdk — refund not get on cancelled ticket from irctc

I have made two tickets form ksr bengaluru (Sbc) to jaipur on 14 oct.2017

Pnr no. [protected]
But here is too many waiting list so i cancelled my ticket on 27 aug.

Cancellation id: [protected]
Irctc showing refunded to bank paytmsdk
But i didn't receive refund amount in my bank.
Please confirm me when i can it
