Payu India — paid to indigo airlines rs.2669 but not confirmed by airlines

I have paid rs. 2699 to indigo airlines for purchase a ticket for mr. Antony cruz on[protected] through icici online transaction id [protected]. The amount debited from my account but not confirmed by indigo and we didn't get confirmation. They said amount not credited their account. As such please confirm receipt or return the amount to my account.
