[Resolved] Payu India — Payment not refund | |||||
I order a Micromax mobile juice2 of amount 5309rs on 06 march at 02:02:49 PM through my axis bank debit card and pay through the payu whose citrus no.is-CTX[protected]. and order no.[protected]. My name is Vikas from bhiwani I complaint against Syberplace but they ask that they did not receive payment from payu another wise we deliver your order and then I complaint against payu. Sir, I am belong to low backward and 5309rs very useful for me so pls kindly request you to refund my 5309rs .so pls sir solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 24, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Sir my problem is not solved and I didn't receive my payment of 5309rs .sir Syberplace place ESolutions customer care's ask that "we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused Aditya.as your payment has got stuck with payu so we kindly request you to raise a dispute with payu to release your amount.once we receive your money we will deliver your product with in the time period .thank you for your patience". So pls solve my problem quickly another wise I will legel case against both for this fraud. | |||||

On 1aug2018 i hav done online shopping through firstcry.com nd money transaction was done through payuindia..order was taken once only through firstcry but payuindia deductd money twice from my icici saving bank acc..kindly reverse my money..i hav given screenshot of my saving bank acc where money tranc is done twice

• PayU, Merchant and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
