[Resolved]  PayUMoney — ticket not booked on irctc but money deducted from account using payu gateway

I was trying to book ticket on irctc website on 01/02/2018 from ajni (Nagpur) to aurangabad for train no. 11202 ajni ltt express. For the first two attempts, money was debited from my account twice i. E rs.460 each (Rs.920 in total) but ticket didn't book. Third time i got the ticket by changing the gateway to paytm. But the refund for the first two transactions had not been yet credited to my bank account. It has been 6 days now and i think it is the matter to worry about.
My failed transaction ids are -

My debit card is of central bank of india and the first and last four digits of the card are-
First four digits - 6521
Last four digits - 6059
Date of transaction - 01/02/2018
Amount debited - rs.920 (Rs.460 twice)
Email id used for transaction - [protected]@gmail.com
Mobile number used for transaction - [protected]
So please intervene in this matter as soon as possible.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at [protected]@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
