PayUPaisa — Purchased an item from ebay using PaisaPay ID [protected]

I have purchased an item from ebay on[protected] after few days i got notification the seller has not shipped the item by the shipping deadline of[protected] PaisaPay has initiated a cancellation for this transaction and The refund will be processed within 3 days from the date of initiation that is[protected].
After all of this on[protected] i have got email Your Refund request is on hold.You may be contacted by PaisaPay customer support Could you tell me what is the fun behind it why are you not giving my money back that means a consumer can not trust paisapay to shop anything today is[protected] can you tell me how much patience i have to show i have called to customer support many times what scenario i have to follow just let me know how long i have to wait or i have to file a case in consumer court.

I have called your ebay customer support many times but you guys are not taking it seriously. Paisapayid-45118905281 today is 02-05-2017 still i did not receive my amount i am begging for refund from 21st april very disappointed by your process.

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• First six and last four digits of the card (In case transaction is processed via Credit/Debit Card).
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• UPI / VPA if any used
