Payzapp — amount is not transferred to my icici account or not in my payzapp wallet

Address:Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh

I have transferred 1000 INR from payzapp account to my ICICI account at Sunday Evening. There are status showing Payment Success but I did not receive transferred amount in my ICICI account still.
While I have make complaint through Email to Pyzapp([protected]@payzapp.in).
and There are no response from Payzapp.
I have called so many time on Customer Support and they are saying that amount will be refunded but I did not get my amount still.

This is very bad thing if this type of company is doing like this.
