[Resolved] Payzapp — money debited from payzapp balance, but not credited to bank account

I have loaded an amount of 5000 from my axis card to payzapp. The amount is successfully loaded into payzapp but when i tried to transfer the amount to my bank, it is not transferred. So that transaction is failed, but the amount has been deducted from payzapp. So please credit my amount as soon as possible. My transaction id is :[protected]pl93cu6. I have done this transaction on 23 october.

Today i have sent 5000 rs money to my friend account and money not received in account. But in payzapp showing transaction success but there is no transaction date. Please do the needful. It is urgent for me.
