There's a signal at Shivar Chowk pimple saudagar. This is where main roads meet and it's very busy most of the times.

Unfortunately there's no sufficient time available for pedestrians to cross this chowk. Also as soon as the signal facing Kunal Icon road turns red, vehicles from shivar to kokane chowk start off without waiting for red to turn green.

After 7 PM in evening it's impossible to cross this signal and one has to find a way thru running vehicles on the road. This is dangerous. Also traffic police are not much doing anything here.
I request PCMC to look into this.

Hello PCMC Team,

We are leaving in B wing Nirvana society. Few members in our society has extended the balcony (illegal Construction) which called as an duct area.

So if any health issue happen or health issuance break due to this illegal constriction who will be responsible for that.

This member has no taken any permission of society even though society has already formed. They has their balcony...

Dozens of stray dogs. bark all night. chase around cars and bikes. keep reproducing so there's no end to the menace. pcmc does nothing. no sterilization. they bark and bark and the residents keep listening to their chorus at 2am, 3am, all night in fact. they bark at each other, when a car passes by, even when nothing happens because why not right? and me? i stay awake all night listening to them cry out while the municipality does absolutely nothing. useless ### there has to be a limit to how useless a particular organization can be, right? do you feel no shame whatsoever? this is probably my 15th complaint here. and nothing has been done. over the course of 3 years i've been complaining and nothing has been done. i'm leaving this godforsaken country because i can't even get a single good night's sleep here. have some ###s.

Last year around April, when I went to get my property transferred into my name, I was in a rude shock knowing about the fees hike. I purchased the property in 2021 and put my life’s savings in purchasing it. I had no money to pay the exorbitant amount requested by the official. I came back from the office without getting the work done. Today, In 2023 also, I have not been able to save any money for paying the transfer fees. My question is simple - why is it applicable to people who purchased the property before the new rule came into existence? I did not make any provision towards the transfer charges and have no way now to pay it too. I seriously need help from someone higher up in the department .

Hi,
There are multiple sewer / drainage choked in Punawle, which gets overflow and logs up water on roads.

It Deteriorate roads condition,
causes traffic jam,
accidents
Harms vehicle and so on

2 sewer are near bharat petrol pump Mumbai pune highway
1 sewer is inside near myhomes property

Please look into it asap before rain starts

Address: Blue safire business park, Pimple Saudagar, next to nexa showroom

There is construction work going on in Pimple Saudagar next to Rose icon society. The work continues till 12:00 AM night and again they come in the morning 6:00 AM.
It is very irritating and disturbing for the residents.

In the megapolis sunway hinjewadi phase 3 main road there are many street dogs and they making difficult for people to walk or to travel by bike. They use to bark and attack on the people. On 28, May the road accident occurred due to these dogs and co-rider was unconscious and blood loss. As WFO started people use to night shifts come late in night by walk or bike these dogs make there walk unsafe....

I'm residence of Colony No. 8 Lakshminaryan Nagar, behind Sai Mandir, Wadmukhwadi, Pun-412105. In our colony we are not getting the water supply since 3 weeks and it is very bad situation for us without coperation water supply. In Lakshminaryan Nagar there are 1-9 colony out of which only we are not getting the supply, we are not sure what exactly the problem with the supply line. We tried to check with local person of PCMC, but he is also not in position to resolve the same. Hence request you to kindly take this on priority and resolve this water supply issue on immediate basis.

PCMC has revised property transfer charges by over 500 times! Earlier by just paying under Rs 1000, one can used to change previous owner name to the new owner name. Now they are asking to pay 0.5% of property's purchase value, which is too much to just change the name of the owner.

When you have paid stamp duty of 6 to 7% of property market value (more than 5 lakh on an avg in Pune), property registration fee of Rs 30, 000 for transfer of ownership, again charging 0.5% of that property value for just changing the name of owner in property tax bill is ridiculous. PCMC is modern Tughalak

Why it should not be auto updated by system itself after successful sale deed ? System itself should change the name of the owner as per index 2 in new sale deed. Had it been an automated system, it would not have taken such a barbaric transfer charges fees.

Hi,

I am a resident of society Kalpataru estate phase 3, pimple gurav, which is just next to riverside residency society which is under construction by Garve builders, on to Nashik phata highway.
they have dug a huge hole for buildiing construction but hasn't started work yet and that hole is not lodged with lots of stale water and water hycinth has started growing in it, along with lods of mosquitoes. every evening its like flood of mosquitoes harrasing residents nearby. even in daylight mosquitoes can be seen,
Despite repeated request to them for draining that lodged water, builder is not taking any action and is making silly excuses..

Need help to get the water drained at earliest and save us from this mosquito menance and diseases from mosquitoes..Please..
