Greetings.
This is regarding my mother's property tax bill -
Zone no.- 8
Ward no.12 &
Consumer no. - [protected]
Her name is alice louis gabriel & she has the concession certificate for women for 50% samanya kar benefit.
When i paid the tax on line on 22nd june, the total amount was rs. 781. After paying this amount, i am getting another bill of rs. 685.
Why am i asked to pay this extra amount?
Please look into this matter and do the needful.

PCMC customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
It's 2020 and we are moving towards digital india dream. I can imagine what digital india dream will become where will be generated digitally (assuming some average rate whose calculation will not be known to any employee of the govt. department). When CONSUMER COMPLAINTS, these ### will say that we will adjust it in next bill or consumer will be given an option to pay using EMI facility. They can't fix their own ### because they even don't know where the problem is. If questioned more, they will redirect you to some other guy who will also be some another foolish guy who is just in the department for the salary and knows ### nothing about what and how an issue needs to be fixed.
Why should consumer bare all the expenses, pay inflated bill, asked to visit office when YOUR system is faulty. Why can't you have greivance addressal system which is 100% online and shows complete status of the ticket with proper reasoning ? Are your employees so incompetent that they cannot understand the complaint raised and ask the consumer every time to visit the office ?
Fix the ### first, catch hold of the responsible person or the contractor who managed to sell you some ###TY software application and then ask for taxes from consumers you ###.
