I have purchased a " Pauline wall unit maple -015, Qty. 1 No. from M/s. House Full International Ltd, Pune -PCMC on 04.07.09, were delivery date as per invoice was 18.07.09.
Delivery of product was made after delay of 3 days ( 21.07.09) & on next day when Carpenter / Fitter came to assembly, he observed that wrong part were delivered & hence not able to assemble it.
The carpenter / Fitter promised that he will inform to the agency ( House Full..) & it will be replaced with correct part within 02 days. But no body turns up.
On 25.07.09, i have contacted the agency ( House Full..) with Mr. Pratap & made aware of the same, and it was promised to me that your problem will be resolved within 02 days.But no body turns up.
Till today 28.07.09, still defective part is not replaced & corrected from the M/s. House Full International Ltd, Pune-PCMC. Other details:- Invoice No. 101/7587, Inv. Dt. 04.07.09, Delivery Dt ( Inv):-18.07.09, Booking No. [protected], HDC No. 1008/2009/1556, Mode of Payment : Credit Card, Name of CA-Khajasab B. Waghmare.

    Hello sir,
    This is not a complaint since you are not supposed to handle it. This is nice Article you have given for awareness of people. You can ignore the following mail if you are free not to read my concerns.
    I leave in area chikhali pradhikaran my baby was born on 21st March 2009 and I had applied for birth certificate on 5th May 2009 at Talera Hosptial. The date given as 16th May 2009 to collect the certificate. As a responsible citizen i was on time but they excused me by saying the certificate has yet to return from PCMC. Day after day gone I have visited 6 times to Talera hospital for the same on 6th visit they had given their register no for PCMC to me. When I visited PCMC and what I see they have mistakenly printed Birthday as 31st March 2009. When I inquired about this as a government offical first time they refused to answer me I beg them then the officer said it might be fault from Talera hosital side. Then I again visited Talera hospital the officer showed me the record he has registered and found no fault from Talera hospital side. I asked the officer Can you give me photocopy as a proof he simply refused to me on the back of slip he has given his no and asked me to go again to PCMC and call him from there.

    Now I am very much frustrate . On one side PCMC has new and hoardings that they will be giving Birth Certificate within 28 days and see how a common man get suffer because of their due negligence.
    I am not complaining about birth date mistake. It is human error it may happen.
    I have complaint about their way of taking and negligence towards their duty. one simple example if your mobile phone is dead and if the service provider do not immediately start it you will scold the call center guy, even his manager rudely. To whom shall we do like this in this department.
    My concern is how many such people are there in city facing this problem. As an responsible Editor you can ask such officer for whom our government is giving such facilities with no valuable output from it.

    You can simply ignore this feedback if you are not in the condition to ask such a question to officers.

    101% AGREE!

    I am leaving at Sangvi area. We blessed with baby boy and we applied for birth certificate correctly.

    When we received birth-certificate it was having wrong birth date.

    PCMC office at SANGVI asked us to submit 2 notarize affidavits(with stamp paper of worth 100Rs each) + 200Rs cost to make it NOTARIZE total 400/- penalty because of PCMC people's CARELESS WORK along with application to submit and they said we will get corrected birth certificate after 45days.

    This is what for which we pays TAX?
    Can anybody tell me at what time i can collect the birth certificate from Talera hospital in chinchwad??
    m blessed with a baby boy at hiremath hospital chinchwad... fromhiremath hospital i got a birth declaration certificate so that i could collect the origional birth certifaicate from the Talera hospital... n also they asked me collect the certificate with in 21 days...
    Can anybody tell me at what time i can collect the birth certificate from Talera hospital in chinchwad??

      I had applied for PAN CARD in 21/07/08 since i have not recevied my PAN CARD. My application form 49A SR.No is[protected] Dated 21/07/08 my processing fee coupon number is[protected].I request you to look after my complaint & let me get my PAN CARD as earlier as possible as it is required for my offical work.

        I have purchased a postdated Reliance Internet Service (PCMCIA Card) on 22 Oct 08. After initially installed the pgme, the services was available upto 30 Oct 08. Since 30 Oct 08 the internet connection is not connected. several complaint send through SMS and voice call but no action has been taken. Request instruct local vendor at the station of Lucknow to check up the problem. Mob No - [protected].

          The problems remain. Arun [protected] from blackberry and datacard support had come and checked on 3rd June. The my data card did not work, but his data card was working. He said the someone will come and replace the card in 2-3 days. Finally someone came yesterday (a week later) from Micromax and refused to change the card saying that the problem was from Airtel.

          What do I do now?

          In the meanwhile I have got a call from someone who was being obnoxious and asking for payment for the first bill.

          Please arrange to take the card back and refund my money immediately. My mails and complaints are proof of what I have been going through and your response quality and time.

          Edge card still not working. And to top it all we have an Airtel broadband connection at office which is not working today. We are told it will take some 4 hours to resolve the problem.

          Finally someone called me today from a Gurgaon number. He asked me to enter Extra initialization commands in Edge Modem Properties assuring me that once this was done the Error 777 would not occur. However the command as was told is already entered correctly.

          Last time I called 7070 I was told to uninstall and reinstall. Which I did.

          However as of now also I am getting the Error [777] - The connection attempt failed because the modem (or other connecting device) on the remote computer is out of order.

          I assume that your data service is down right now, and is down most of the time.

          As I said I will wait till Monday evening and then will change the operator.

          Hope someone is reading this!

          Its morning in Mumbai and I am getting the same message (777). Last time I called 7070 is was asked to uninstall and reinstall the Edge software from the CD that came with the connection.

          However I am still not able to connect.

          You are requested to please check my download records to see that in the month I have had this connection I would not have been able to connect more than a few times. This in combination with my complaint records will demonstrate the problem I am facing.

          Request an urgent reply and resolution of my problems.

          I am based out of Delhi and have recently started using the Airtel Edge PCMCIA data card [protected].

          However from the beginning I am facing problems as listed below

          1. Problem - On roaming the data card connects but does not allow transfer of any data until the time I make a complaint. I have been to Mumbai last to last week, Chandigarh last week and am back in Mumbai now. Data transfer has started after a few hours of my complaint ever time.

          Solution Required - I want seamless connectivity when I travel like what my Reliance data card gives me which I was using with my older laptop. When I travel to a new city, my data card must connect without me having to call your complaint centre..

          2. Problem - Am in Mumbai and I am finding that your data transfer capabilities are terrible. First the card was not connecting for the whole day on 22 May. It was showing Error 777. Accd to your complaint centre, your server was down yesterday. Today, I am connected, data transfer happened for about ten minutes but now again no data transfer is happenning. The browser says 'Server Not Found' for all websites and mails cannot be downloaded on my laptop. It seem your data server and network in Mumbai is in very bad shape just now.

          Solution - Reliability in data download is essential for me. Please let me know when can I expect your services to improve or should I return this card and shift to another service provider.

          I depend on my card during travel. My earlier Reliance data card which is still in use with my other older laptop never gave a problem. With Airtel now, I am very dissatisfied with the service.

          Please urgently advise on this.
