After calling and confirming that it would be dispatched immediately, I ordered a laptop screen. Took 10 days to dispatch.

After it arrived, I had it installed and in a month it turned out to be defective, Right half of the screen stopped working. The screen was under 1 year warranty.

On the whole website there is mention of only 1 method to file a return request. A RMA Request. I filed that and waited.

After that I had to continuously call and message their grievance officer as mentioned on the website and he never bothered to callback when he said he would or reply on whatsapp till I called him and kept asking about status. He asked me to change cable and try and I did all that too.

Finally after 3 months my RMA Request was approved. I couriered them the screen. No acknowledgement of delivery. I called them on the 3rd and 10th day after delivery and on the 10th day I was told it was misplaced by them and they are looking for it. I was asked to call back at 6. From 5:45 to 8:30 that day my call was ignored 7 times.

Today I finally got in touch with the guy and he said they have determined the screen is indeed defective, and offered a replacement.

I asked for a refund since they have taken over 3 months now to come to this and I no longer need the screen.

His issues with this:
- You don't go though RMA process to claim warranty. You personally sit and message them every day, that's why it took 3 months. Regardless of how RMA works in every other place on earth, there is no information about this on their website. For them RMA process is only for returns within 10 days of delivery.
- They have filed GST or something. Not my concern.
- Who will give refund for product you have used for 4 months. It was used for a month and sitting on the side for 3 months because you took this long to respond to your customer, no prompt replies, no call backs, customer has to devote his weekends or free time to chase you down. If you are giving replacement you can give a refund.

Also I might add that the email IDs on their website don't exist. Your only options are whatsapp and call.

They have also raised prices now. As you can see 1 year warranty.

It seems you are a ### cunning person. You got product delivery during COVID, you are not appreciating that?

When no company including Amazon, Flipkart was closed, only PCTECH HELPed me and delivered a display panel for my Asus TUF laptop.
Hats off to PCTECH.
