[Resolved] Peachmode — order refund | |||
Received this email from peachmode for a return placed for the said order: As per your recent request placed for return, the online store credit has been added to your online peachmode account. Request you to login and use the store credit for future shopping at peachmode. Store credit amount - rs. 8692/- Order number[protected] I replied back on the same day with : i do not want a store credit. Please issue bank transfer. I’m happy to share my details or you can courier a chèque for the same amount. Stop harassing your customers. Today they sent me an email to tell me that the complaint is closed. They have a clear policy on refund and in no email did i mention that i'd like a store credit. It's not a small amount and they don't even bother to respond in time. I'm under so much mental stress for having to deal with them in times where all other ecommerce companies are making sure htat the customer returns. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered Blue - grey georgette fabric kurti having abstract design digital prints, (Order No[protected] from peachmode( Rs 1299/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer (COD) so they can purchase another piece.
