As always the 3rd time I have ordered a material to spend the money I had in the account as naturally by this fraud business, you won’t give customers money back but only ask us to buy your other ### product. And helplessly I did after returning the previous product and ordering another one . I have received another cheap product again . Just a warning that I am filing a case against this business for looting innocents of their money big time !

    Do Not Buy From Peachmode..
    This is the worst clothing company in India I have dealt with. Their shipping was delayed, and the material was cheap, and extremely large sized and the tailor is unable to work with it. Low quality stuff entirely different from the one shown in the picture. I want to return the same as it is of very low quality.
    Beware guys check and compare the products before buying here...i Had taken one dress and it is useless..poor quality.

    Nothing good about the site.There will be no match to the pictures, the items they send and the price they charge.. Do Not Buy...

      I have ordered one piece dress which was very cheap quality and returned the product but now they are saying there is no refund of it and and will save it in store credit you have to order other product and they gave password of it which is not working properly and i cant order other product also shore credit cant applicable for my new order..         I ordered a Ravishing cream designer embroidered manipuri silk saree. The design and colour showed in the picture is completely different from what you have delivered. I want refund. I haven't seen this cheap quality of any online website. I will attach the picture what they have shown in the website and what they have delivered.

          I ordered two sarees on[protected] and di the full payment. But after 10 days they were not send me any shiiping details. The order status is always shown as "processing". After 10 days i contacted them over mail and phone. They assured me that the order is out of atock and please wait for 48hrs. After 2 days i further didn't get any response from their side; so i agin contacted them. After several attempts i connected with the customer care and they again said me the same thing that its out of order and within 48 hrs they will send the items. I asked them to canecle the product since for the past a few days i got the same reply from customer care. So they agreed me to cancel the order and sms and mail me the status. After a day i didn't get any mail from them, but in my app the order status changed to "cancelled". But i am not getting my money back.

          Really frustrated with their service. So please please please never ever choose peachmode...

            I ordered a pink saree. It was written satin silk. But after receiving the order i had the worst experience. The product quality is horrible with a hell & heaven color difference. Now they are saying they won't return my money & they'll keep it in peachmode wallet. I don't trust peachmode in my 1st order.& i cannot trust it. I want my money back to my bank account. This is a horrible company with horrible refund policy. I am not going to refer it anyone around me. They are cheating people like anything. You cannot force anyone to buy from your company. Suppose if i want to refund, you can deduct 200 rs from the money as your delivery charges & deduct the rest 2600. Instead they are forcing people to buy from their company whether you like or not.

              This is in regards to the product i returned, i want the refund of my product as i don't find the website to be trustworthy, what they show is entirely different from what a customer receive.
              Please i would request you to refund my amount to my bank account, i will send the details, .
              And moreover we do not get the complete info from the customer care support because of which it becomes difficult to track the things.

              I don't want to keep any relation with you guys.
              Irrespective of the policies you follow i would request you to refund the money as i know there is always a possibility of taking an exception for the same.

                I have ordered a lehenga from peachmode which i got with one piece missing and very poor quality. When raised my point to customer care regarding my cashback, they said i would not receive cash but store credit and on top of that some of it will be deducted for missing piece which was missing from their end itself. Their refund policy is very bad and this is like fraud to the customers.

                  I ordered a dress from peach mode.com #[protected] and it wasn’t delivered. After waiting and complaining they gave me tracking number[protected] which shows my order was delivered but i haven’t received the order and there was no proper proof of delivery as well. Unfortunately i found it later that it has poor service and delivers poor quality products. I haven’t received my product which is more deteriorating aspect of the company.

                      I have ordered a stylish purple net designer partywear embroidered anarkali suit
                      Of order id :[protected] for the cost of 1899 rupees. It’s of worst quality and looks like some local material. Even color was not described as shown in the picture. When asked for refund it’s not been provided instead they have sent mail that store credit will be done which is not expected. Hidden scam they do with this. These people also doesn’t put up negative comments and only publish positive comments. Worst site ever seen

                        I have bought a saree from peach mode for rs 1549, before confirming the order, they have agreed to return the money if the quality is sub standard or damaged. I have done cod and picked the same, but i was shocked to see a sub standard product and i have requested for refund, they say store credit would be given, what is the guarantee that it is going to worth the money i paid.

                                I have purchased a kurti online from peachmode but i am not satisfied with the product because the colour is totally different as shown and the quality of material is not good.                                   Partly my fault for not reading about their returns policy reviews online before ordering. I ordered 4 sarees for rs. 8700 and they’re all such cheap quality work and the color shown is also different from what i received. After writing to them they’ve failed to respond or arrange for a pick up. I simply received an email saying we’ve sent all products as shown. That’s it. Please help.

                                    I bought a lehenga from Peachmode, it was not as described and was very bad, so i filed a return, they didn't refund my money though I asked them to. Then I bought another lehenga whose design was unstitched at some places and colours were different from website, I asked them for a refund as I was fed up but they refused to provide the refund and told me, it's only eligible for replacement. Now I have that bad quality lehenga and they refused to help me now.

                                    The product I have received is clearly damaged, now what are you waiting for? Are you still not planning to provide cash refund? Please stop bluffing and do the genuine job. From the beginning I am telling you that the order I received is damaged but you are saying you are not seeing the product damaged, first of all it's not my fault you are not seeing the damage. Secondly if you want I will provide you with a clearer picture. But then do you commit to give me full cash refund or will you bluff me again with you another policy?

                                    See its damaged from two sides...one there is a hole below and secondly the design is not in place, still you think its not damaged, well there is one more small hole but i was unable to capture due to low light conditions, i[censored] want that pic also, i will be halpy to give u tomorrow in the morning.
                                    And please this time take fair decision and refund my money in cash, because i don't think a person can get more damaged product than this.

                                      I have recieved the product just now and the product was damaged at the right corner of kurti and and the other was near by the tag that was given by you the cloth was not as said in the site information and the shades were different near the neck and hands so i want to return the product my order was cash on delivery. And the product was too light and the given information was american crepe and the given product was not that one it was different.

                                      I have returned the product on 19th when asked about return of money they said it will be credited in store credit and from that u can transfer to the account . But when i asked to customers service they said it was sale product and it cannot be refunded only it can be credited in ur store credit by that u can buy another product. But i dnt want to buy the product because the clothing was to cheap and quality less for the 1st time 1 got damaged and how can i believe that again it doesn't repeat. So i need the refund.
                                      I ordered a dress from this site o 19 of jan and they didn.t delivery my product yet nor they shipped it yet i call many times and they give xcuses only and its prepaid order.now i cannel my order. And they didn.t reply yet. They r big cheaters and cheat inocent poleople and now i want my money back in my bank account .

                                        The kurti ordered was and received a kurti not worth the money i paid. With very low quality which was really frustrating and disappointing.
                                        I returned it. They have refunded the amount as storecredit.

                                        But i need refund to my bank account as i no longer want to purchase anything from them.
                                        Even after calling/ mailing many times, they are not responding, telling they cant refund to bank account... What is this?? Want my money back in my bank account..
